Troubleshooting
Most fixes take a minute. If you are still stuck, ask in #boson-tasking.
I can't sign in
Sign in with the email on your HAI profile. If it still fails, ask the project team to check that you were added to the Boson group.
A site or tool won't open
AI sites and tools are blocked on purpose. For anything else, share the name in #boson-tasking.
My other browser won't open
That is expected. Island Desktop opens Island Browser instead.
macOS keeps asking for permission
Approve the Island Desktop network and system extension prompts when they appear.
I'm still stuck
Post in #boson-tasking with your computer type and a short screen recording.
